Ian Lamont Director Director, Ian Lamont has over 30 years' experience in providing a range of business services to clients on the Central Coast. Ian's primary role is to assist his clients to grow and develop their businesses by providing ongoing and proactive advice. Matthew Moore Director Matthew Moore has over 20 years' experience as an accountant. He joined the firm as a director in 1999 and has extensive knowledge and experience as a business and taxation adviser specialising in medical practitioners, real estate agents and manufacturers. He can assist with strategic advice, feasibility studies, project evaluation, tax planning and compliance, business valuations and finance proposals. Sean Mulligan Director Director, Sean Mulligan has been in the accounting profession since 1989. Sean became a Chartered Accountant in 1997 and commenced sole practice in 2003. He merged his Erina-based practice with LWM Group on 1 July 2006. Sean advises on all areas of taxation to small businesses, professionals and investors including self-funded retirees. Sean also advises on business restructuring and utilising the capital gains tax concessions on the sale of a small business. Sean encourages clients to contribute to superannuation and shows them how they can create wealth through the use of self-managed superannuation funds. SeanM@lwm.com.au

Tiffani North Director Tiffani became a director of LWM Group on 1 July 2008, she has 15 years' experience in the industry, with the past 9 years at LWM Group. During this time Tiffani has been involved in all aspects of accounting, taxation and business services, providing support to her small to medium sized clients. Mandy Hartas Senior Associate Mandy has 20 years' experience in the industry, with the past 15 years at LWM. John Swaine Senior Associate John has been in the accounting profession since 1991 and joined LWM Group in July 2007. John is involved in all aspects of accounting and taxation services for small to medium sized businesses. He has extensive experience in taxation advice, business planning and business structuring.
